Delete your account
Last updated: August 18, 2026
You can delete your Chócala account and all its data at any time. There are two ways.
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
- Open Chócala and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm.
Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no undo.
Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email chocala@infralista.com from the same address you signed up with, with the subject:
Delete my Chócala account
We need you to write from that address because it’s how we verify the account is yours. We will never ask for your password — we don’t have it.
We process requests within 30 days and email you to confirm when it’s done.
Deleting some data without closing your account
You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove specific data:
- In the app: delete individual logged results, workouts on your personal track, and clear your body measurements — each from its own screen.
- By email: request deletion of a specific category (for example, “delete my body measurements but keep my account”) at the same address above. Same verification, same 30-day window.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to you, in a single operation:
- Your profile, email, and sign-in identity
- Your full training history and results
- Your body measurements and nutrition plans
- Your comments and reactions
- Who you follow and who follows you
- Your gym membership and check-in history
- Any programs or content you authored
What is kept
De-identified AI usage totals — how many requests, tokens, and how much cost per day. These are keyed to a one-way hash, not to you: it cannot be reversed to determine whose they were. They include no email, no name, and nothing about your training.
We keep them to detect service abuse and for cost auditing.
Note that workouts your coach wrote and assigned to the whole gym belong to them and continue to exist for other members — but your personal results against those workouts are deleted.
